For starters, I don’t have all the answers and that’s okay. Unfortunately, some of us convince ourselves that we don’t need anyone else. But we weren’t created to accomplish everything on our own . There are blank spaces where understanding, knowledge and wisdom should be. And that’s where others fill in the gaps. Turns out God created more than one human being for a reason. There was a time for Adam to be alone, and a time for Eve to accompany him. God found that it was good to have relationships, the kind of relationships He puts together. We will forever benefit from assistance, counseling, guidance and love. None of which can be accomplished without the help of someone else. See Proverbs 12:15; Genesis 2:18; Proverbs 15:22).
Fill in the blanks
Someone, something, someplace out there needs you. Someone needs your knowledge, your presence, or your voice. We have a story someone needs to hear. I’ve been inspired to find where I am needed in conjunction with where I want to be. At first, I believed no one cared to hear what I had to say, what I’ve been through or what I thought to be true. Turns out that was a false, I just needed to share my words with the right people. Like mine, your story is valuable, useful and beneficial to another person. Your story may encourage the next game changer. Your story may stop someone from making a huge mistake. Your story may save a life or start a movement. Be encouraged to fill in the blank spaces where you belong. See Galatians 6:2.
Take care of yourself so that you don’t give from an empty cup. Take care of yourself so that you’re giving from a place of joy. A cheerful giver pleases God. Take care of yourself so that you will have the strength to do good work. Take care of yourself so that you can be helpful. Share when you have more than you need. Heal where you are hurt and broken so that you don’t break or hurt others, avoid spreading the disease that is pain and heartbreak. See 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 and Psalm 139:13-14.
